Yes, we do offer samples of our products free of charge. Please note that depending on the method of delivery i.e. DPD or Post, there might be a nominal delivery charge applicable for sending the samples. There is no minimum order quantity (MOQ) for our standard packaging/stock lines. However, when placing orders for branded or bespoke packaging, a minimum order quantity requirement applies. For additional details, please feel free to contact us.
Yes, you will have access to tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Enviropack provides free delivery to UK mainland addresses for orders exceeding a minimum total value of £99 excluding VAT. For orders below this threshold, a standard non-refundable delivery charge of £6.99 (plus VAT) is applicable. Additional shipping charges may apply to certain remote postcode areas, and businesses are encouraged to check with Enviropack sales team for details on shipping fees.
Enviropack welcomes larger bulk orders, and deliveries exceeding courier threshold, will be dispatched by pallet. Businesses or organisations looking to place bulk or wholesale orders are encouraged to contact Enviropack for specific details on delivery options and any additional considerations.

5 Samples

To request samples from Enviropack, kindly complete the sample form with your details and the product codes (each starting with an E code) of the desired items. Alternatively, if you require assistance in determining suitable products, you can email, and the dedicated customer service team will either follow up with a call or reply to your email.
All UK Mainland sample requests may incur a nominal postal or delivery charge, with a payment request sent via a PayPal link after the request is confirmed. International sample requests are subject to availability, we will advise you of the delivery charges once your request is received. Any additional local customs duty taxes will not be covered by Enviropack. All samples delivery charges are non-refundable.
Yes, customised samples can be produced and there will be a cost associated which we can confirm once the design has been finalised. Please note there will be some products for which we cannot produce samples.
You have the option to place an order for the packaging either through the website or by reaching out to our sales team, who can assist in creating the order for you.
We will provide 1-2 samples for each sample. However, for each product type, we can send multiple sizes, allowing you to thoroughly test the packaging and ensure it aligns with your requirements.

5 Shipping

Enviropack aims to deliver UK Mainland orders completed before 1.00 pm within 1-2 working days, excluding public bank holidays. Larger bulk orders exceeding courier rates may be delivered by pallet within 2-3 working days. We also offer a next-day pallet delivery service for which there is an additional charge. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances may occur, and customers are advised to plan accordingly.
Yes, we do offer international shipping. Please place your order online and select the BACS payment option. After receiving your order, we will promptly contact you to provide the shipping costs to your specific destination. Alternatively, you can contact our sales team who will be able to provide a tailored quote based on the size of your order.
Upon dispatch of your order via DPD, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. This number enables you to track your shipment status. Additionally, if you provide a valid mobile number when placing your order, you will receive notification by DPD with delivery date and a 1 delivery time slot. You’ll also have the flexibility to adjust the delivery day if needed. For larger bulk orders, you will receive a dispatch notification and tracking information the following day. Customers are notified that, due to Brexit, customs procedures for sending goods from the UK to Europe have changed. Enviropack will not be held liable for any local customs clearance charges, import taxes, or duties required at the destination. Customers are advised to check with their local agent before placing an order to understand any additional charges that may apply.

5 Returns

We accept returns for goods that are in resalable condition, similar to their state upon delivery. Prior written confirmation and arrangement are necessary for returns.Please note that arranging a collection will incur a minimum courier collection of £20.00 plus VAT and 20% restocking fee. The courier collection charge will vary according to the size of the order. Notification of any return requests must be made within 14 working days from receipt of your order.
To initiate a return for items purchased from Enviropack, customers are required to confirm the return in writing before goods are collected or dispatched. Upon receipt of the confirmation our team will email a returns form which will need to be populated and emailed back to the sales team. Notification should be provided within 14 working days of receipt of your order.
No customised, bespoke or personalised products cannot be returned.
Enviropack imposes a 20% handling and re-stocking charge on returns, unless the goods were defective upon delivery. This fee is deducted from any refund made for the returned items.
Customers are encouraged to contact Enviropack customer service team directly for information on the timeline for processing returns and issuing refunds. On average the process can take from 7 to 10 days once the goods have been received into our warehouse.

We provide a range of convenient payment methods to accommodate our customers’ preferences. Currently, we accept payments through major credit and debit cards (Visa, Master Card), PayPal (American express – via PayPal) and BACS.
Enviropack does not charge any additional fees for using specific payment methods.

5 Custom Branded

Yes, Enviropack offers custom branded food packaging options for most of its products.
We can print directly on products or supply printed stickers. We also offer embossing on our bagasse products.
We require a high-resolution PDF or AI file in editable format We also need a pantone or CMYK reference for each colour in your artwork/logo.
There is a minimum order quantity which will vary from product to product.
Custom branded packaging samples can be produced depending on the product. However please note there will be a cost associated with producing the sample. On some occasions we may also be able to send printed examples of products we have manufactured for clients.
