What payment methods do you accept?

We offer various convenient payment methods to cater to our customers preferences. Currently, we accept payments through major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal(American Express) and direct bank transfers(BACS). Rest assured, we continually evaluate and update our payment options to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

How do I track my order?

Upon dispatch of your order via DPD, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. This number enables you to track your shipment’s status. Additionally, if you provided an email address or mobile number during your order placement, DPD will send you a notification on the delivery day, specifying a convenient 1 hour time slot. You’ll also have the flexibility to adjust the delivery day if needed. For larger bulk orders, you’ll receive a dispatch notification. For any subsequent updates or queries, please feel free to reach out to our sales team.

Do you offer samples?

Yes, we offer samples of our food packaging free of charge. Please note that depending on the method of delivery i.e DPD or Post, there may be a nominal delivery charge applicable for sending the samples.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes we offer international shipping. Please place your order online and select the BACS payment option. After receiving your order, we will promptly contact you to provide the shipping costs to your specific destination. Alternatively, you can contact our sales team who will be able to provide a tailored quote based on the size of your order.

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns of goods fit for sale upon return, similar to their state upon delivery. Prior arrangement, confirmed in writing, is required for returns. An agreed 20% handling/re-stocking charge will apply, except in cases where the goods were defective upon delivery. It is essential to notify us of any return requests within 14 working days from receipt of the order. Please note that a collection charge will also apply.
