Delivery & returns
UK Mainland Deliveries
Free delivery for orders over £99 excluding VAT. Otherwise a standard non-refundable charge of £6.99 (UK mainland) will be applicable. An additional charge will apply to remote areas.
Delivery time
- For orders placed before 1.00pm and subject to availability we will endeavour to deliver between 1 to 2 working days (Mon - Fri) by DPD.
- Larger bulk orders which exceed our courier rates will be delivered by pallet within 2-3 working days between 9am-5pm. (Additional charges may apply for timed delivery with our pallet company, subject to availability).
Note: On occasions they can be delays that occur which are out of our control. This can increase the delivery time of 1 to 2 working days. Enviropack cannot accept any liability for loss of business due to a late or failed delivery and neither do we offer any compensation. We strongly recommend you place your order in advance if you have an event or function just in case there are any delays with the delivery.
European Deliveries
Low cost shipping available to Europe. Please complete your order online and one of our sales advisor will be in touch to confirm options and charges
International Deliveries
Goods can be collect from our warehouse. Alternatively we can offer FOB rates on container shipments.
Returns
We will accept the return of goods fit for sale on their return (as they were on delivery) provided prior arrangement (confirmed in writing) and on payment of an agreed 20% handling/re-stocking charge (unless the goods were defective when delivered) is made. You must notify us of any items you would like to return within 14 working days from receipt of order. Please note there will also be a collection charge. What payment methods do you accept?

How do I track my order?
Upon dispatch of your order via DPD, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. This number enables you to track your shipment’s status. Additionally, if you provided an email address or mobile number during your order placement, DPD will send you a notification on the delivery day, specifying a convenient 1 hour time slot. You’ll also have the flexibility to adjust the delivery day if needed. For larger bulk orders, you’ll receive a dispatch notification. For any subsequent updates or queries, please feel free to reach out to our sales team.
Do you offer samples?
Yes, we offer samples of our food packaging free of charge. Please note that depending on the method of delivery i.e DPD or Post, there may be a nominal delivery charge applicable for sending the samples.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes we offer international shipping. Please place your order online and select the BACS payment option. After receiving your order, we will promptly contact you to provide the shipping costs to your specific destination. Alternatively, you can contact our sales team who will be able to provide a tailored quote based on the size of your order.
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns of goods fit for sale upon return, similar to their state upon delivery. Prior arrangement, confirmed in writing, is required for returns. An agreed 20% handling/re-stocking charge will apply, except in cases where the goods were defective upon delivery. It is essential to notify us of any return requests within 14 working days from receipt of the order. Please note that a collection charge will also apply.
